30-Day Return Policy

At The Crown Royal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return it for a full refund. Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of receipt of your purchase.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, and accessories.
• Products must not be damaged, altered, or show any signs of wear or use.

Exclusions:

• Customized or special order items are non-returnable.
• Digital products, including but not limited to software, cannot be returned.

Return Process:

• Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
• Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund and notify you by email.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
